The Qatar Stars League held a Technical Meeting on Thursday to discuss the upcoming QSL Cup fixtures on the 3rd and 4th of October 2017. 

All 12 teams in the QNB Stars League will be competing in the QSL Cup, the tournament will begin with a group formate of 6 teams in each group, with the top two teams qualifying to the semi final. The winner of each group will be play the runner up of the other group.

During the meeting there was an emphases on teams turning up on time for the games and have the main squad available. The colours of each team was also agreed in the meeting.
