Al Khor coach Andre Lima spoke to the media ahead of their 2021-2022 season QNB Stars League Week 20 match against Al Arabi.

“Playing under pressure is always difficult and we must be ready for that.

“Until now, our fate is in our hands and if we win our next matches, we don't need to look at any other team's points.

“It was a severe loss (against Al Shamal), but the players have to put it behind them in preparation for the upcoming difficult games, starting with the Al Arabi match. We have a strong group of players and they have a strong challenge ahead of Al Arabi. I have confidence in their abilities,” said Lima.

Al Khor player Khaled Radwan said, “Our preparations were good and the coach worked on the psychological aspects in order to present a better level and image than the one we presented against Al Shamal.

“We focus on our team and our goal is to enter the matches with a very high concentration. We are working to correct the mistakes we made in the previous game, improving the offensive aspects and exploiting the opponents’ mistakes.

“Every player has a role and the most important thing is to play in the team spirit so that we can overcome the crisis. Every point matters to us in the upcoming matches.”
