Qatar SC players are continuing their distance training on a daily basis, as per the programme designed by coach Wesam Rizik, with an aim to maintain their physical fitness during the current stoppage of tournaments.
The training is being held under the supervision of fitness trainer who reports to Wesam about the general performance of players in terms of physical fitness and also the performance of each player.
The training is held in batches with a duration of not less than 50 minutes and one group consisting of four or five players.
Wesam praised the discipline of players at training that was evident and was happy that all players had been doing what was required of them.
He also hailed the initiatives by the players to maintain their fitness and readiness to perform other exercises, be it at home or on the field, as there is a lot that a player can do to keep himself fit and ready.
