QSL side Al Gharafa continued their preseason preparations with a defeat at the hands of Saudi champions Al Ahli.A goal in either half ensured a comfortable evening for the visitors with Osama Al Zubaidi and Mohammed Aman scoring in the 32nd and 65th minute respectively.
The match was the final friendly for Gharafa in which has been a long preseason for the Cheetahs. Gharafa will now turn their attentions to the opening game of the 2016/2017 when Al Gharafa will take on Al Ahli in the opening game of the QSL season.
