Al Arabi coach Luka Bonacic spoke to the media ahead of their QNB Stars League Week 4 match against Umm Salal.

“The Umm Salal team is very good and has outstanding offensive players such as Ivorian Yannick Sagbo and Mahmoud Al Mawas. The most important thing for us is to focus on our team.

“We’ve managed to get six points so far from the previous games, which is good. But our problem is the absence of three defenders in this game. We’ll take on Umm Salal with a definite plan in mind.

“Umm Salal have some very good players. They’re good offensively as well as defensively. We faced a tough opposition from them in last season’s league competition.

“We’re satisfied with the six points we’ve collected so far even though we suffered a big defeat against Al Sadd. Overall, our game is of good quality and we’ve to keep our players motivated.

“Even though Umm Salal are in good form, we’ll try to achieve a positive result from this match,” said Bonacic.
