Al Wakrah coach Marquez Lopez spoke to the media ahead of their QNB Stars League Week 10 match against Al Ahli.

“We are having a tough match against strong competitors, who have good players and a great coach. All games this season are difficult. We have prepared well for this match and we hope we will win.

“So far, I am satisfied with my team’s position and its performance. We had chances to win most of the matches, but we could not utilise them.

“In general, we are working to improve the performance of our team, which has a large group of young players. We always try to show character during the games,” said Marquez.
