Al Duhail coach Rui Faria spoke to the media ahead of their 2019-20 QNB Stars League Week 7 match against Umm Salal.

“Our preparations for this game went off well. We’re facing a strong team despite the fact that they couldn’t make the start they wished for.

“Umm Salal have a good coach who can bring the best out of his players. We’re expecting to face much difficulty on the pitch. But we’ve our strategy in place to win the match and collect full points.

“We’re missing Sultan Al Breik, Asim Madibo and Bassam Al Rawi, but we’ll go into the game in full form with the aim of getting three points whatever the scenario.

“I’m working closely with our Under-23 players in order to give them the opportunity to play with the first team, so the team stands to gain,” said Faria.
