Al Sadd coach Jesualdo Ferreira spoke to the media ahead of their QNB Stars League Week 21 match against Al Ahli.

“We recently won many games consecutively, but unfortunately we drew in the last game with Al Duhail. We are all very pleased with what the team has done so far this season.

“We played in a different way because they (Al Duhail) forced us to do so. The opponent was very strong and we played a great first half. They played in the second half better than us and took advantage of the mistakes we committed.

“Al Ahli beat us in the first leg and that will not happen again. I am confident in my players’ abilities to win the match and seal the title. We are ready to face Al Ahli.

“My message to our fans is that the club management and all staff of the team are behind us in our match against Al Ahli and that we will win the title. We will do our best to make all Al Sadd fans happy," said Ferreira.
