Al Gharafa coach Slavisa Jokanovic spoke to the media ahead of their 2019-20 QNB Stars League Week 4 match against Al Ahli.

“We play against a difficult and strong team, a good test for us. We have prepared for this match as usual. We will face a different team than the other opponents we faced so far.

“Al Ahli are strong in attack and we are ready to put up a good performance. We will see what happens in the game.

“We did not provide the required level in the first half of our last game against Qatar SC, but we improved in the second half. It can happen in football and my role as a coach is to help improve my team, increase the focus constantly. I hope we won’t repeat our mistakes against Al Ahli.

“The Al Ahli match, despite its difficulty, is only about three points. We are ready to make an effort to win. We are trying to develop our overall level.

“We have 22 players and for sure, during the season, I will need all of them,” said Jokanovic.
