Al Khor coach Omar Najhi spoke to the media ahead of their 2019-20 QNB Stars League Week 8 match against Al Wakrah.

“The last period was an opportunity for us to rectify the mistakes we made in the previous games. We had done well in the matches so far, but we had not been winning in recent weeks.

“Our players have the determination and enthusiasm to make a strong comeback and correct the mistakes. We will do everything in our capacity to achieve victory over Al Wakrah.

“We know that the encounter is difficult because Al Wakrah are an organised team. We’ve analysed the games of Al Wakrah and we will look to exploit their weaknesses in order to collect three points.

“We are not concerned about the position of Al Khor. We feel we deserve a better position than we have now. I have great confidence in my players,” said Omar.
