All teams play against them with high concentration. I am happy that I am up against a coach like Xavi (Hernandez). I am also happy about the opportunity that I got to guide Umm Salal in the QNB Stars League.

“Regarding the match, it will be difficult. Al Sadd have many stars. We work daily for this match and we have to give our best.

“I have told my players that if we do not play as an organised side and show character, we will not come out with a positive result. We want to provide the best performance.

“Al Sadd are playing in many competitions and are competing for titles. We also have a target which is to stay in the QNB stars league, so we have to work every day.

“When you are a coach, you must know the players’ potential. The important thing for me is to focus on our capabilities as a team. We can play under pressure and put the players under pressure even in training. We will try to provide the best and get a positive result,” said Ben Askar.
