Qatar SC coach Sergio Batista spoke to the media ahead of their QNB Stars League Week 10 match against Al Arabi.

“Even though we drew with Umm Salal in the last round, I am satisfied with the team and performance of our players. I was keen to watch Al Arabi in action and I am confident that we will get a positive outcome.

“We do not look at Al Arabi’s recent results and we will adopt the same strategy as we had against Umm Salal. But we will try not to receive any goal in the dying minutes, as was happened against Umm Salal.

“I always try to change the way we play according to the strengths and weaknesses of the opponents. Players must put in more efforts to score wins,” said Batista.

Qatar SC player Ali Al Mohannadi said, “We have trust in our abilities. The game is important to us and our goal is to get three points. We are working towards improving our performance. The team has improved a lot under new coach Batista, but we need more time to get better results.”
