Umm Salal coach Raul Caneda spoke to the media ahead of their 2019-20 QNB Stars League Week 7 match against Al Duhail.

“We’re facing one of the best teams in the QNB Stars League and I wish our players provide a good level during the game in terms of performance and result. We hope to do well against Al Duhail.

“We’ll approach the game in more or less the same way we played against Al Rayyan. I also hope our main striker Yannick Sagbo will be ready for the match after being injured for two weeks.

“Regarding the inconsistent performance of my team, I would like to stress that we were good in the last three games and we controlled the ball. And we were close to victory, but the success didn’t come our way,” said Caneda.
