Al Gharafa coach Slavisa Jokanovic spoke to the media ahead of their 2019-20 QNB Stars League Week 5 match against Al Sailiya.

“The match against Al Sailiya gives us an opportunity to play on our home ground for the first time in this season’s QNB Stars League. The players know how to deal with the weather conditions during the match.

“Al Sailiya, we know, are an organised team with experienced players. We watched them in action against Al Sadd. It was a good opportunity for us to watch them. We are prepared for this clash and we hope to be at our best.

“I do not like the question of how satisfied I am with the team. I prefer to keep working to improve the team’s performance from game to game.

“In Al Gharafa, there are a lot of players who work hard. As a coach, I will choose 11 players for the match and others will be on the bench,” said Jokanovic.
