Al Kharaitiyat coach Abdelaziz El Amri spoke to the media ahead of their QNB Stars League Week 11 match against Al Sailiya.

“We will look for a positive result. We can face any team. We were heavily affected by our poor start to the season. That drained the players of confidence. We made a lot of mistakes and the rivals took advantage of them.

“We create opportunities to score goals. There have been some individual mistakes in the defence. In the last game against Al Duhail, we scored a goal, but we could not sustain the momentum.

“We can make a comeback as there are still 12 matches remaining. Winning a game will tremendously boost the confidence of the team.

“We believe we have the ability to improve our position in the QNB Stars League standings. My players are training well with the sole aim of achieving positive results which will help us stand in good stead,” said El Amri.
