Al Wakrah coach Marquez Lopez spoke to the media ahead of their 2019-20 QNB Stars League Week 16 match against Umm Salal.

“Our match against Umm Salal is very important for us. Either we will increase our points and go up or we are facing a difficult situation. We have trained well to win and collect three points.

“Coulibaly, who is an influential player, will undoubtedly be absent. The most important thing we must do is put the ball in opponent’s goal. We have played good games except may be against Al Sailiya. We have quality players.

“Our target is to achieve the highest possible position in the league. We can reach the sixth or fifth position or even the top four.

“The Umm Salal team is different from what they were in the first leg of the league. Their level has improved a lot,” said Marquez.
