Qatar SC coach Sergio Batista spoke to the media ahead of their QNB Stars League Week 20 match against Umm Salal.

“The match against Umm Salal is very important for us. We have prepared ourselves for this confrontation mainly on the moral and tactical aspects. The players showed their ability to win this game. I am confident that my team is capable of winning this game.

“The Umm Salal team is strong and has good players, and we are working on exploiting weaknesses and mistakes while we play with defensive caution, especially as they have good players in the line of attack.

“If we enter the game with full focus, we will win and I have great confidence on the ability of my team. We need only to show sharpness in front of the goal. In some games recently, we reached the goal of opposing team, but could not capitalise on the chances fully.

“We will miss Yemeni player Ammar Hamzan who got injured in training, while Samuel Eto'o will be ready to play and we will line up the best combination,” said Batista.
