Top Qatar Stars League (QSL) officials met with representatives of Al Sadd and Al Rayyan clubs at a special meeting called in ahead of the 'Classico' clash on Thursday.
 
The coordination meeting was called to engage all stakeholders about ticket sales, entry points for spectators and presence of VIPs at the clash set to take place at Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium on December 10, 2015.
 
The meeting was attended by Hassan Rabia Al Kuwari, Events Manager QSL, Ahmed Al-Adsani, Director of Competitions, Ahmed Shammari, marketing representative of Al Rayyan Club, and Ahmed Masool of Sadd Club official.
 
The officials confirmed that the entry gates at Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium will be thrown open at 16:00, at least two and half hours before the scheduled kick-off.
 
The main gate will only be given access to guests with VIP entry passes whereas gates 1 and 2 are reserved for families, officials said on Wednesday.
 
Fans can enter the stadiums through gate numbers 6 7 and 8. People with special needs can also use the same channels to enter the stadium.

 

Special areas have been designated for Al Rayyan fans, officials said.
