The 2020-21 season QNB Stars League’s Week 15 matches will be played on Tuesday, 19th January, and Wednesday, 20th January, with three games on each day.
The Week 15 fixtures are Al Wakrah vs Al Rayyan (16:30, Qatar SC Stadium), Qatar SC vs Al Duhail (19:00, Qatar SC Stadium), Umm Salal vs Al Arabi (19:00, Al Duhail Stadium) on Tuesday, Al Kharaitiyat vs Al Gharafa (16:30, Al Ahli Stadium), Al Sailiya vs Al Ahli (19:00, Al Ahli Stadium) and Al Sadd vs Al Khor (19:00, Al Sadd Stadium) on Wednesday.
Reigning champions Al Duhail take on Qatar SC in a top-four encounter, which will be the 14th round’s top highlight.
Al Duhail are placed second with 27 points and Qatar SC fourth with 23 points.
Both teams are coming off defeat, Al Duhail losing 1-3 to leaders Al Sadd and Qatar SC suffering a 1-2 loss against Al Rayyan in Week 14, so they will be keen to regain the lost ground.
Al Wakrah, 10th with 14 points, take on fifth-placed Al Rayyan (22 points) in the week’s opening clash. Al Wakrah had played out a goalless draw with Umm Salal in the last round.
Umm Salal, ninth with 14 points, are up against Al Arabi, who were locked in a 1-1 draw with Al Gharafa in Week 14. Al Arabi are placed seventh with 19 points.
Basement side Al Kharaitiyat (six points) have a tough task on hand as they face Al Gharafa, third with 24 points. Al Kharaitiyat had lost 0-2 to Al Sailiya last week.
Eighth-placed Al Sailiya (18 points) take on Al Ahli, sixth with 22 points. Al Ahli will look to get back to the winning path, having lost 1-2 to Al Khor in the last round.
Table toppers Al Sadd (38 points) will target nothing less than a victory when they play Al Khor, 11th with 10 points.
