The Qatar Stars League (QSL) revised the QNB Stars League schedule in the aftermath of Qatar’s qualification for the Asian Cup final, in order to give players adequate time to rest and recover.
The amendments were made after the Competitions Departments of both QSL and the Qatar Football Association held discussions on Wednesday, 30th January.
Accordingly, Week 16 matches will be played on 7th, 8th and 9th February, 2019, instead of 3rd, 4th and 5th February.
The last two weeks’ schedule will be finalised later, based on the results of teams in various positions in the table, as the QSL is keen on ensuring that all teams have equal advantage.
