The Qatar Stars League (QSL) continued its promotional campaign for QNB Stars League matches among school students with an aim to encourage them to attend the games.

Mr. Nasser Mubarak Al Kuwari, Head of Community Relations at QSL, and Mr. Saad Moqbel, Marketing Officer at Al Wakrah club, visited the Jaber bin Heian Primary School for Boys in Al Wakrah on Tuesday, 1st October, 2019.

The visit came ahead of exciting matches in Week 6 of the QNB Stars League, including the game between Al Wakrah and Al Gharafa at the Saoud bin Abdulrahman Stadium of Al Wakrah club on Thursday, 3rd October (kick-off time 19:50).

Al Wakrah players Omar Ali, Riyad Muqdish and Mohammed Abdulrahman were present on the occasion.

Students interacted with players during the events, which included sports and football activities, and were encouraged to display their talents and make optimum use of their abilities towards building their future and serving the community. They were also invited to the Saoud bin Abdulrahman Stadium to cheer the teams on and take commemorative photos in an enthusiastic atmosphere.

The delegates were well-received by the school administration.
