Qatar Stars League (QSL) Chief Executive Officer Hani Taleb Ballan on Wednesday held talks with Nepal Football League Committee General Co-ordinator Bijian Raj Sharma, who visited Doha as part of a delegation from the Nepal Football Association (NFA).

During the meeting, they discussed the possibility of exchanging expertise for the benefit of leagues, other tournaments and professional football in both countries besides future co-operation between the two entities.

Talks also dealt with matters related to football and ways to improve them on the basis of the success model of professional football in Qatar in general and QNB Stars League in particular.

Hani, who was pleased with the visit, said he was looking forward to co-operation between the QSL and Nepalese league.

The Qatar Football Association has signed a five-year co-operation agreement with NFA.
