As part of their preparations to face Al Gharafa in Week 3 of the 2019-20 QNB Stars League on Saturday, 14th September, at the Al Sadd Stadium, Qatar SC played out a 2-2 draw with Delhi Dynamos in a friendly played on 8th September.

Qatar SC’s goals were scored by Ali Awad (43rd minute) and Uzbek striker Sardor Rashidov (86th-min penalty).

Qatar SC’s coaching staff, led by Spaniard Carlos Alos Ferrer, were keen to make the best use of this game, which came when the QNB Stars League was stopped because of international break.

Qatar SC are eager to make a strong comeback to the league after losing in the first two rounds, to Al Duhail (1-2) and promoted side Al Wakrah (0-2).

The Kings are 11th in the standings with no points.
