Al Ahli coach Ruben de la Barrera spoke to the media ahead of their QNB Stars League Week 20 match against Al Arabi.

“The match is going to be strong and we want to prepare the team for a good result. Al Arabi are not the team we played against in the first leg. They have a new coach and lots of good players.

“Their style and level are also different and we respect them very much. We will do everything we can to get three points as they will benefit us in our bid to finish the tournament among the top four.

“We want to improve the individual level of our players in order to support the national teams. Our primary target is a fourth-place finish. We also have to focus on the Emir Cup.

“But as I said before, the present focus is on the Al Arabi match,” said Barrera.
