19:45 kick-off at Qatar SC Stadium

Al Khor face Al Rayyan in the quarterfinal of 2019-20 Ooredoo Cup at the Qatar SC Stadium on Saturday.

Al Khor made it to the knockout stage in style, topping Group B with 13 points. They recorded four wins and one draw to be the only unbeaten side, alongside Al Arabi, across both groups.

Al Khor had a goal difference of +11 (14 goals for and three against).

The Knights would also look to put behind their disappointment of having exited the Amir Cup in the pre-quarterfinal stage last week. They lost 3-4 to Al Arabi on penalties after regular time ended in a 2-2 draw.

Al Rayyan progressed to the Ooredoo Cup quarterfinals after ending up fourth in Group A with seven points. They had the same number of points as third-placed Al Sadd, but were placed behind them on goal difference.

Al Rayyan registered two victories, as many defeats and one draw. The Lions had a goal difference of -1 (nine goals for and 10 against).

Meanwhile, Al Rayyan reached the quarterfinals of Amir Cup with a 4-0 win over Mesaimeer last week.

Luca Borges, Ahmed Hammoudan, Thiago Bezerra, Naif Al Buraiki and Saeed Brahimi (Al Khor), Yacine Brahimi, Rodrigo Tabata, Yohan Boli, Abdulrahman Al Harazi and Gabriel Mercado (Al Rayyan) will be the players to watch.
