Al Khor will come across Al Duhail in Week 11 of the 2024-2025 season Ooredoo Stars League at the Abdullah Bin Khalifa Stadium of Al Duhail club on Saturday, December 7, 2024. The kick-off is at 5.30pm.

It is a match between the leaders and bottom-placed team, with Al Duhail being at the top of the rankings with 25 points from eight wins, one draw and a loss, while Al Khor are in 12th place with only four points achieved from as many draws.

Despite the contrast, the aim for both teams remains of achieving the three points from the result, particularly for Al Duhail who seek to strengthen their position, with Al Sadd and Al Ahli being four points adrift in the standings.

French coach Christophe Galtier knows that there is no room for losing any point and will push his team’s strike force represented by the strong attacking trio of Almoez Ali, Michael Olunga and Edmilson Junior.

Al Khor are still looking to achieve their first win in the league and are the only team to not have had a victory yet despite the change of coach since the departure of Abdullah Mubarak and the assumption of responsibility by Tunisian Mehdi Nafti. The team is hoping for its first victory to move away from the danger zone.

Al Khor have the professional duo of Yohan Boli and Ayman Hussein and their coach will count mainly on them to score against Al Duhail to help the side achieve a positive result.
