Al Arabi coach Younes Ali spoke to the media ahead of their 2023-2024 season Expo Stars League Week 4 match against Al Rayyan.

“We are well prepared to face Al Rayyan and our preparations have been good during the last period and all the players are fully prepared for the match.

“The match is not subject to certain standards. The best will win and we will give off our best to perform well and achieve victory.

“He (Italian Marco Verratti) is certainly a great addition to the team, a distinguished player who will perform with the rest of the group in a wonderful performance that we hope will result in achieving three points in the next match,” said Younes.

Al Arabi player Abdou Diallo said, “The match is very important to us and we know its importance to the team’s fans, and we are fully prepared to come out with the best result from the match.

“Al Rayyan are a strong team with highly capable players and, on the other hand, we are fully prepared for the match and to please the fans who will come to watch us.”
