Al Arabi coach Younes Ali spoke to the media ahead of their 2022-2023 season QNB Stars League Week 19 match against Al Ahli.

“The Al Ahli team is very good and includes distinguished players and a capable coach who knows the league well, so it will not be an easy match for both sides. We must show the fighting spirit to get the match points.

“Everyone is well aware of the importance of our next match, especially as the league enters the decisive stage. We hope we will succeed in this stage and achieve what we aspire to.

“Our focus is always on the next match, which is the most important thing. We hope that success will be with us in the Al Ahli match and we will continue our strong performances,” said Younes.

Al Arabi player Abdullah Al Muraisi said, “The players are fully prepared for the Al Ahli match and we are always working to prepare for each match separately. Our next task will not be easy and our goal is to win and achieve the three points.

“The Al Ahli match is important and difficult. We hope to win and we will seek it in order to continue victories in the league.

“We respect the Al Ahli team and it has distinguished players, but we are determined to do everything we have to collect points. I have no doubt that the fans are looking forward to watch the game, therefore we must show competitive spirit and self-confidence to achieve our goal.
