Al Sadd coach Sergio Allegri spoke to the media ahead of their 2025-2026 Doha Bank Stars League Week 7 match against Umm Salal.

“The match against Umm Salal will certainly be difficult. They have performed well in all their matches so far, except for their last game against Al Shamal. But they have experienced players and a seasoned coach.

“We know they are not at their best right now, but we are confident it will be a very tough match, and we have to give 100 per cent to win the three points,” said Sergio Allegri.

Al Sadd player Hashem Ali said, “The upcoming match is very important for us, and getting three points means a lot. From now on, every remaining match in the league is crucial; we must win every single one of them.”
