Qatar SC coach Youssef Safri spoke to the media ahead of their 2021-2022 season QNB Stars League Week 11 match against Al Khor.

“We succeeded in achieving an important victory over a traditionally-strong like Al Rayyan and that result was achieved because of the concerted efforts of everyone, players, management and fans. Everyone is happy with that result.

“Again, a strong and difficult match, and we have to prepare with all our capabilities to achieve another positive result.

“The goal we seek is to achieve positive results and return to the position that Qatar SC deserve. In general, the responsibility is not easy in a short period of time, but the positive atmosphere, improvement, focus and the rest of the matters are going on well.

“The team is ready and the preparations took place in an excellent atmosphere and we are training at a better pace. The important thing is to have good focus and high determination to achieve a better result,” said Safri.

Qatar SC player Abdulrahman Al Jassim said, “We were very satisfied with the team’s important victory over Al Rayyan. Our goal is to occupy a position in the top four and we have great confidence in the possibility of achieving that goal with my team-mates and the training that is going on in full swing.”
