Al Shamal face Al Sadd in Week 15 of the 2021-2022 season QNB Stars League. The kick-off is at 16:20 at the Al Gharafa Stadium on Tuesday, 18th January, 2022.

Al Shamal, coached by Moroccan Hicham Jadrane, are on 13 points as Qatar SC, but were placed 10th on goal difference (-6 as against Qatar SC’s -4. Al Shamal scored 19 goals and conceded 25.

Al Shamal have three wins, four draws and seven defeats against their name from 14 matches.

On the other hand, holders Al Sadd are second in the table with 31 points, one less than Al Duhail.

However, Al Sadd have played three matches less as their games against Al Wakrah (Week 11), Qatar SC (Week 13) and Al Rayyan (Qatar Clasico, Week 14) got postponed, the first due to coronavirus infection to Al Wakrah players and the other two because of coronavirus infection to Al Sadd players.

 The Wolves, coached by Spaniard Javi Gracia, are the only unbeaten team in the tournament. They have a goal difference of +27 (41 goals for and 14 against).

The only time The Wolves dropped points was when they were held 3-3 by Al Duhail in Week 9.

Al Sadd had beaten Al Shamal 7-2 in the first leg.
