Al Sadd coach Juan Manuel Lillo ‘Juanma’ spoke to the media ahead of their 2022-2023 season QNB Stars League Week 20 match against Al Rayyan.

“We always want to win every match and the next challenge is against Al Rayyan.

“Although only two days have passed since our last match against Al Shahaniya, our focus is still on achieving victory and the way the players recover for the next match against Al Rayyan.

“Al Rayyan are strong competitors with their unique qualities and strong players. It will be a difficult match, but we are determined to try to win this game as always,” said Juanma.

Al Sadd player Santi Cazorla said, “We are going through a good and excellent period. We achieved victory in the last matches in the league championship and Amir Cup. An important match awaits us against Al Rayyan and all matches are difficult and we must prepare well for them.

“The Al Sadd vs Al Rayyan games are always difficult and exciting. Our goal is to win and collect the three points to move closer to second place in the standings.
