Brazilian Patrick Fabiano reached Doha on Friday to join QNB Stars League side Qatar SC.

Fabiano, who last played for Kuwait SC, will undergo the necessary medical tests at Aspetar before signing the contract to strengthen Qatar SC’s offensive line. He was received at the Hamad International Airport by team manager Khalid Saleh.

Fabiano is one of the most experienced strikers in the Kuwaiti league.

Qatar SC had on Thursday unveiled Syrian striker Osama Omri as replacement for Nigerian forward Michael Babatunde.

Qatar SC, placed 11th, host leaders Al Duhail in the QNB Stars League Week 12 on Saturday.
