Al Rayyan coach Diego Aguirre spoke to the media ahead of their 2019-20 QNB Stars League Week 10 match against Al Shahania.

“The match will not be easy despite the difference between the two teams in the ranking table. It is wrong to think that the game will be easy for our team. We do not look at the difference in points. We will play very seriously and we want to get the result that satisfies us.

“We will have a break in the league and we can bring in another player. I am very happy with the players who are providing good results. I am satisfied with their performance.

“(Rodrigo) Tabata, a very important player in our team, will not play due to his injury. But we have another option in Sebastian Soria, a good player whom we can count on. We do not think a lot about the standings. We are interested only in results. We have the ambition to be the table toppers, so results are very important,” said Aguirre.
