The venue of the QNB Stars League Week 4 match between Al Sadd and Al Shahania has been shifted from the Khalifa International Stadium to Al Sadd Stadium.

The change was made on the request of Al Sadd, who are also preparing for their AFC Champions League quarterfinal second leg against Iran’s Esteghlal on the home ground.

Al Sadd had won the first leg 3-1 at the Azadi Stadium in Tehran last Monday and are almost through to the semifinals of Asia’s premier competition.

The Al Sadd-Al Shahania game will be played on Sunday, 2nd September, from 17:10, as per the original schedule.
