Al Rayyan’s technical staff, led by Uruguayan coach Diego Aguirre, started their preparations ahead of their match against Al Sadd (Qatar Clasico) in Week 17 of the 2019-20 QNB Stars League. The kick-off is at 19:05 at the Al Sadd Stadium on Saturday, 7th March.

The players started training for the important fixture on Sunday after a two-day break following their 1-0 victory over Al Ahli in Week 16, where Yacine Brahimi scored the winner.

All players, except those on the injury list, went through their paces.

Al Rayyan are second in the table with 35 points, four behind Al Duhail and three ahead of third-placed Al Sadd.

Al Rayyan had defeated Al Sadd 4-2 in the first-leg Qatar Clasico in Week 6 of this season’s QNB Stars League.
