QNB Stars League side Al Ahli defeated Al Bidda 5-1 on their home turf in a friendly played on Saturday.

The match came as part of Al Ahli’s preparations for the QNB Stars League, which will resume on 3rd February after the conclusion of ongoing Asian Cup in the UAE.

Al Ahli’s technical staff have been keen on making the most of the long break in the league before it restarts, with Al Ahli playing Al Kharaitiyat in the first kick-off in Week 16 at the Al Khor Stadium.

Al Ahli are currently fifth in the QNB Stars League table with 26 points and look forward to finish in the top-four bracket and thus play in the Qatar Cup.
