Al Sailiya left-back Abdulkarim Salem Al Ali will be out of action for three months as he underwent a surgery at Aspetar for a dislocated shoulder.
Abdulkarim was a member of the Qatar team, which recently won the Asian Cup in the UAE.
The technical as well as administrative staff and players of Al Sailiya wished him a fast recovery while visiting him at the hospital.
Abdulkarim is expected to start training after two months and return to action after three months.
Al Sailiya lost to Al Duhail 0-1 in Week 16 of the QNB Stars League on Saturday.
The Peregrines will face Al Ahli in Week 17 on Thursday, 21st February.
