Al Sadd coach Roberto Mancini spoke to the media ahead of their 2025-2026 Doha Bank Stars League Week 13 match against Al Ahli.

“The upcoming match will be difficult because we are five points behind the league leaders and that is why we need to win every game. It will be a tough encounter.

“We have won several consecutive matches, but we also need to win more. I know there are other teams that will compete with us for the title. We have 10 matches remaining and when you are five points behind, you have to win them all,” said Mancini.

Al Sadd player Hashim Ali said, “We are now in the second leg of the season and every match is very important for us. The difference between us and Al Gharafa is five points, but we are not focusing on Al Gharafa; we are focusing on ourselves. Every match is important and our goal is to secure the three points at home.”
