Al Markhiya have handed the coaching reins back to Qatari Yousef Adam, replacing Ayman Mansour who had been given the charge after three rounds in this season’s QNB Stars League. The decision was taken by the club’s new management, which thanked the Egyptian for his efforts.

Al Markhiya registered their first league victory on Friday, against Al Khor, with Nasser Al Nasr netting the all-important goal.

Al Markhiya players are now training under Yousef and his technical staff. Their next match is against Al Kharaitiyat on Thursday, 26th October.
