The QNB  Stars League have ramped up their preparations ahead of the new 2017/2018 season by holding a technical meeting with all 12 QSL clubs.

The meeting was held by the QSL competitions team at Al Bidda tower, the home of Qatari football, the meeting chaired by Ahmed Adsani, director of the QSL competitions department.

During the hour long meeting the clubs where told of crucial match-day information and the importance of following key protocols set by the competitions team. One of the key points from the meeting was to ensure that all teams aim to have the ball in play for 60 minutes on average this season, a key inititive that has been driven by the QSL this campaign. 

The clubs also revealed their brand new home kits which will be used during the 2017/2018 QNB Stars League season. The QNB Stars League is set to kick off on Friday the 15th of September when Al Gharafa take on Al Ahli in the opening game of the season.
