Newly promoted Qatar SC has confirmed that defender Mohammed Salem has signed a three year extension with the Kings.

The club confirmed the news on Sunday evening, with the 27 year old defender penning a three year deal with the side that will see him stay till the summer of 2020. Salem stayed on with Qatar SC following their relegation from the QSL last season, and was a regular in the Qatar Gas league last term.

Kings management will be hoping that Salem will be the first of a number of key players signing on with Qatar SC as they prepare their return to the Qatar Stars League.
