QSL side Al Sailiya have confirmed that two of their foreign professionals have been called up to represent their respective national teams. Uzbek international Temurkhuja Abdukholikov and Romanian international Dragos Grigore are the players who will be representing their nations in international competition.
Abdukholikov is no stranger to being called up for international duty as the twenty-five-year-old has made 3 appearances for the Uzbekistan national team. The striker’s next match will be against China in a Russian 2018 World Cup Qualifier.
Grigore represented Romania in the European championships in France last year. The Al Sailiyah stalwart is also a regular fixture in the Romanian national team as he has made a total of 28 appearances. The thirty-year-old defender’s next match will be against Armenia in a Russia 2018 World Cup Qualifier.
