QSL side Al Sadd lost 1-0 to Russian Premier League side UFA in friendly of preseason training camp in Austria.<br />

The game was a tame affair in the first half, ending 0-0 in the first half. In the second half, Sadd coach Jesaldo Ferriera made a host of changes to the side and UFA took advantage grabbing the only goal of the tie on the 62<sup>th</sup> minute.<br />

Al Sadd camp can take plenty of positives from the tie, which saw the Wolves give a run out to a large majority of the squad. Following the tie, Al Sadd left their base in Kaprun to travel to Munich. The squad will be in the Bavarian capital till the 30<sup>th</sup> of August, before heading back to Doha. <br />
