“My aim is to have a real game this time. We didn't have that against Lekhwiya. That game was so bizarre. Things that happened in that game shouldn't normally happen. And when they do happen, in such a big game, then this is the kind of result that you get. I am hoping that my team can get back to playing normal like we did before. For the first time it went completely wrong for us, from the coaches to the players. The positive point is that it happened against Lekhwiya because against them you don't get too many chances anyway.”

“Jaish are a huge club with good players and they are always competing for the title. They are one of the very best clubs in the league. So we know that we will have a tough game. I hope that we will play a game and not like last time. If we play a real game, like we have done before, then who knows what can happen. But we have to play at our best level if we want to get something from this game.”

“This is a very important game for us. We gave a good performance against Khor but we didn't get a good result. We didn't score and that cost us three points. So it's important to take the three points tomorrow.”

“Kharaitiyat are coming from a defeat and that could be a bad thing for us. They will want to come back strongly and show everyone that their loss to Lekhwiya was just an anomaly. Kharaitiyat is a difficult team to play against - everybody knows that. We have to know that we will play a different Kharaitiyat tomorrow. And as for the mistakes they made against Lekhwiya, they will not do the same two games in a row, of that I am sure.”
