Representatives from the QSL’s club licensing department have travelled to Malaysia for a Club licensing workshop which will be held from the 5^th to 7^th of November at the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) headquarters, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
 
Participants from 23 nations will be at the three day event to discuss the implementation of club licensing throughout the AFC region.  Of which, 11 countries will present information about their respective club licensing systems and Qatar is among the countries presenting at this year’s workshop.
 
After the presentations from the various nations, the AFC will in turn make its own presentation. The AFC presentation is expected to announce a number of changes to the club licensing criteria that might include areas such as: 
 
Sport, personnel, infrastructure, legal and finance.
 
The visit will then end with a tour of AFC House.
