Qatar SC coach Abdullah Mubarak spoke to the media ahead of their QNB Stars League Week 21 match against Al Kharaitiyat.

“We will play without pressure. That does not mean we will take the match lightly. Al Kharaitiyat are seeking wins from the last two games in order to stay in the first division. So they will fight for victory.

“Al Kharaitiyat are extra motivated to give their everything. We must be wary of them. In a way, it is good for us to face a highly-motivated side. That will bring the best out of my players.

“Our recent good performances earned appreciation from our team management. That really boosted the morale of our players in particular. When we play without pressure, we produce the best results.

“Players need not play under pressure week in and week out. We are already planning ahead of next season. I have had a few meetings with the management. I will have enough time to prepare the squad.

“We will first finalise Qatari players and then the professionals. We are planning a camp either in Kuwait or Oman before the start of the Emir’s Cup,” said Abdullah.
