The Qatar Football Association’s Disciplinary Committee made a number of decisions concerning the fifth round of QNB Stars League at its meeting held on Thursday. The action was taken after reviewing the reports of the league.

The following were the decisions:

Al Rayyan were warned for breaching the team jersey colour code during their match against Al Sailiya in conjunction with Article 44/8 of disciplinary regulations, while the players came in for criticism for the delay in taking the field during the game between Al Duhail and Umm Salal, on the basis of Article 52/1.

Al Arabi coach Qais Yaakoubi was fined QR5,000 for lack of co-operation with the organisers during their match against Al Sadd, according to Article 44/9 of the disciplinary code.

The committee fined Al Sadd’s Meshaal Al Shammari QR3,000 for indiscipline during their game against Al Arabi, also as per Article 44/9.
