Newly promoted Qatar SC confirmed the signing of Jasem Al Hail on a two-year deal. The club announced that the 25-year-old goalkeeper has been successfully recruited from Qatari side Al Shahania.<br />

Al Hail will be between the sticks for Qatar SC, who return to the QSL after spending a season in the second division. His previous team Al Shahaniya were relegated to the second division after being beaten by his new side Qatar SC in a playoff. The young keeper will be looking to play more games as he did not get much playing time last season.</div>
