Al Sailiya will be looking to get back to winning ways in the league following a narrow 3-2 defeat to Al Sadd last time out. Peregrines coach Sami Trabelsi spoke to the local media ahead of the match.
Opening up the press conference Trabelsi stressed that the newly promoted side will be no pushover. “Al Markhiya are well organised team, very disciplined and doing well in attack and defence breaking well on the counter attack and we have to be fully aware of them.”
Al Sailiya just missed out against Al Sadd, and Trabelsi admitted his team is preforming well. “It was an exciting match against Al Sadd, however we did not play well in the first half. Overall I didn’t notice much of a difference between us and Al Sadd”
Trabelsi ended the press conference stressing that his side must maintain their performance levels against Markhiya. “Our players always want to give their best against the big teams in the league. Our problem is that we need to raise our game against teams that are around us in the league.
